GHOST CONTROLS® Returns & Refunds
Our GHOST CONTROLS® team is committed to providing the highest quality service and gate operators on the market. Each member of our Customer Service Department is devoted to ensuring that all your questions are answered in a timely manner, and you are satisfied with your GHOST CONTROLS® products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, all items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise noted for all purchases made directly with GHOST CONTROLS®. For any non-warranty related returns and refund requests, any return and/or refund request must be processed through the party where you purchased the product(s).
All products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise noted. After this initial 30-day period, any returns or exchanges are subject to the terms of your product’s GHOST CONTROLS® Warranty. Returned products must be in new condition, returned in their original packaging (including any packaging, manuals, or instructions) and, prior to refund, are subject to inspection by a member of GHOST CONTROLS® Customer Service Department. Returned products not received in the above-mentioned condition are subject to replacement/repackaging fees. Returned products that have been damaged, tampered with, or destroyed will not be subject to refund.
In the event you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly displayed on your returned product along with a copy of the original receipt. GHOST CONTROLS® is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit during return, and recommends obtaining insurance and tracking for any return.
Exchanges for Incorrectly Ordered/Defective Products
GHOST CONTROLS® recommends that each purchase be confirmed before an order is placed to avoid incorrectly ordering any items. GHOST CONTROLS® is not liable for any items ordered incorrectly by the customer. Any products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled by GHOST CONTROLS® will be immediately replaced for free by contacting a member of our Customer Service Department. For any defective or damaged products, or orders incorrectly fulfilled by GHOST CONTROLS®, a shipping label will be provided for the returned product and a replacement will be immediately shipped following receipt and inspection of the returned product by our Customer Service Department.
Returns for Refund
In the event you no longer wish to keep your purchased product, or the replacement product is not in stock and cannot be exchanged, the purchased product may only be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Any shipping, handling, or additional costs associated with returning such products are nonrefundable or will be supplied by buyer. All returns will be credited by GC Team, less any applicable fees, via the original form of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt. Additional processing time (7-10 business days, excluding holidays) is normal for credit card companies to process a credit, and for processing of a check payment (if original payment was by check).
