• Package your old control board in the white box the new control board came in.
• PRINT and Fill out the Rebate form. Include form in the control board box you are sending back to Ghost Controls.
• Place this box in the provided white shipping envelope.
• Your return label should come in your email after your product ships. Print and attach it to the white envelope. Put in mailbox for USPS to pick up or drop off at any USPS location. 
• Once we receive the old control board and your rebate form it may take up to 12 days to see your $50 credit to the card you made a purchase on.
• To qualify for the $50 off your purchase the old control board and rebate form needs to be returned to Ghost Controls no later than 01/31/23
