• Open to legal residents of the United States.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Entrants must represent a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
• Employees of Ghost Controls and their immediate family members are not eligible.

• Complete the official entry form on our website.
• Include all required information, including charity details, mission statement, and EIN.
• Upload at least one relevant photo.
• Entries must be submitted by April 30th.

• All entries are subject to manual review and approval by Ghost Controls.
• Inappropriate, incomplete, or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

• Approved entries will be displayed on a public voting page.
• Individuals may vote for one or more entries.
• Multiple votes from the same user for the same entry may be restricted or disqualified.
• Ghost Controls reserves the right to remove or disqualify any votes deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

• Winners will be selected based on public vote totals and/or internal judging criteria at Ghost Controls’ discretion.
• Winner(s) will be notified via email within 7 days of the contest closing.

• The winning organization will receive a Ghost Controls Automatic Gate Opener Kit, selected and shipped by Ghost Controls.
• No cash equivalent or substitutions will be provided.

By accepting the prize, the winning organization agrees to the following:

• Submit photos and videos of their installed gate system within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Provide at least one written or video review of the product experience to be used in Ghost Controls’ marketing materials (website, email, social media, etc.).
• Allow Ghost Controls to feature the organization’s name, logo, and submitted media in promotional content related to the campaign.

By participating in this giveaway and submitting content — including photos, descriptions, testimonials, or any other media (“User Content”) — you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Content Ownership & Permissions
  You are the sole creator or owner of the User Content. No other party holds rights to the User Content or could claim that it infringes on their intellectual property. If other individuals appear in the content (e.g., in a photo), you confirm they are over 18 years old and have given you permission to share their image. If you are submitting on behalf of a nonprofit, you have the authority to do so.
• License to Use Your Submission
  We do not claim ownership of your User Content. By entering the giveaway, you grant Ghost Controls, LLC and its affiliates, partners, and distribution channels a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reuse, copy, modify, display, distribute, and publish your submission in connection with the promotion of: The Ghost Controls brand This and future giveaways or campaigns Any related advertising or commercial purposes This includes the right to use your content in any medium, format, or platform now known or developed in the future — without additional consent, approval, or compensation. Your content may be used alone or in combination with other media, and may be edited or repurposed for clarity or promotional formatting.
  
• Use of Identifying Information
  By submitting content, you agree that Ghost Controls, LLC may use your: Name Organization name Caption or testimonial Location (if provided) Any identifying information included with your entry You acknowledge that this information may appear in promotional materials, social media, or website content, and that you waive the right to approve or review how the content is ultimately used. While Ghost Controls, LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide attribution when sharing your content, credit is not guaranteed and not a condition of participation.
  
• Required Winner Media Release
  As a condition of winning the Ghost Controls for Good Giveaway, selected recipients agree to: Submit photos and/or videos of the installed gate system Provide a written or video review of their experience Grant permission for these materials to be used by Ghost Controls in future marketing Failure to provide this content may result in forfeiture of the prize at Ghost Controls’ sole discretion.
  
• Release of Liability
  By submitting content, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and release Ghost Controls, LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, and any third parties from all claims, actions, liabilities, and damages arising from the use of your User Content as described in this agreement.
  

• Ghost Controls reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at any time for any reason.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other third party platform.
