Ghost Controls^® Free Shipping Policy

GHOST CONTROLS ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Orders placed in the Continental U.S. over $99 will receive free shipping via UPS.

Orders placed in Noncontiguous U.S. states that are over $99 will receive free shipping via USPS. 

All other orders will be subject to shipping costs, which will vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Orders placed outside the U.S. will pay for shipping and duties to their final destination.

Due to COVID-19 and the Holiday Season, our shipment carrier has announced potential service delays that may affect any Express Shipments. We appreciate your patience during this time.

UPS Order Cut-Off Time*

Our shipping cut-off time is 12pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, for UPS orders.  Orders placed after 12pm Eastern time may be shipped the next business day. 

Observed holidays may add additional processing and shipment times.

USPS Order Cut-Off Time*

Our shipping cut-off time is 9am Eastern Time Monday through Friday, for USPS orders.  Orders placed after 9am Eastern time are shipped the next business day. Observed holidays may add additional processing and shipment times.

All shipping and estimated delivery dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.

STANDARD / (UPS GROUND)*

No shipments originate on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays from Ghost Controls.

Expected delivery 1-6 business days upon shipment (based upon final destination).

UPS Ground delivery is available for orders with delivery addresses within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes), and some Caribbean locations.

USPS (Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail )*

No shipments originate on Saturday or Sunday from Ghost Controls.

Expected delivery 1-5 business days upon shipment (based upon final destination and USPS shipping method selected).

USPS Shipping Options are available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address.

Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

THREE DAY (UPS 3 DAY SELECT)*

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED PRIOR TO 12PM EASTERN TIME TO GUARANTEE 3 DAY DELIVERY. No shipments originate on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays from Ghost Controls.

Expected delivery by end of the third business day upon shipment.

Three Day delivery via UPS is available for orders with delivery addresses within the 48 Continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

TWO DAY (UPS 2^ND DAY AIR)*

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED PRIOR TO 12PM EASTERN TIME TO GUARANTEE 2 DAY DELIVERY. No shipments originate on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays from Ghost Controls.

Expected delivery by end of the second business day upon shipment.

Two Day delivery via UPS is available for orders with delivery addresses within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico with certain limitations in Alaska and Hawaii (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

OVERNIGHT (UPS NEXT DAY AIR)*

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED PRIOR TO 12PM EASTERN TIME TO GUARANTEE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY. No shipments originate on Saturday, Sunday, or observed holidays from Ghost Controls.

Expected delivery by end of next business day upon shipment.

Overnight delivery via UPS is available for orders with delivery addresses within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico with certain limitations in Alaska and Hawaii (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

LTL Shipments*

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.  Transit times vary by carrier and final destination.
