1. Sponsor

The Ghost Controls® Easter Golden Remote Instant Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ghost Controls, LLC, 3166 Hartsfield Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 10, 2026, or while supplies last (“Promotion Period”).

4. How the Promotion Works

During the Promotion Period, customers who purchase a Ghost Controls premium remote may randomly receive one (1) Golden Remote included in their shipment.

Golden Remotes are inserted at random into qualifying orders. Not all qualifying purchases will receive a Golden Remote.

5. How to Claim a Prize

Customers who receive a Golden Remote must complete the official prize claim form and submit:

• A clear photo of the Golden Remote
• A valid Ghost Controls order number
• A valid email address

Upon successful verification, the claimant will receive one (1) $100 Ghost Controls digital gift card via email.

6. Prizes

• Five (5) prizes total
• Each prize consists of one (1) $100 Ghost Controls digital gift card

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $100
Total ARV of all prizes: $500

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Verification & Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any claim that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.

8. Odds of Receiving a Prize

Odds of receiving a Golden Remote depend on the total number of qualifying premium remote orders placed during the Promotion Period.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely to administer the Promotion and fulfill prizes, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, customers agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
