KIT DETAILS

Automate a swing-style chicken coop door with reliable dawn-to-dusk operation. The included photo sensor signals your compatible MultiControl system to open the door at dawn and close it at dusk. Designed for pull-to-open doors, the MCCAW Coop Arm Assembly Kit includes the coop door operator arm, AC transformer, low-voltage wire, mounting brackets, stabilizing hinge, and installation hardware. A compatible MCRF or MCST MultiControl system and a 12V battery are required and sold separately.

OPENER ARMS & MOUNTING HARDWARE

Main Components

  • Photo sensor
  • Chicken coop door operator arm
  • UL-listed resettable AC transformer
  • 10ft. Low-voltage wire for AC transformer
  • 3ft. Low-voltage wire for Push-Button

Installation Hardware

  • Rear mounting arm hinge
  • Adjustable front mounting bracket
  • Secondary door stabilization hinge
  • Mounting fasteners for brackets, hinges, and control box
REQUIREMENTS

A battery is required for operation and is not included. Choose from a compatible Ghost battery box or a 12V deep cycle battery, especially if using the Ghost MultiConnect Kit.

Requirements:

  • Compatible MCRF or MCST MultiControl system required and sold separately
  • 12V battery required and sold separately
  • Pull-to-open, swing-style chicken coop door from 16 to 30 inches wide
  • One 2x4 mounting board required and not included
  • Fasteners for securing the 2x4 are required and not included
