    6 Beep Repeating Error Code

    Note: if there are any splices or if you extended your control arm cables, remove the added wire and test.

    Initial troubleshooting steps

    Step 1:


    First turn off the system, disconnect and reconnect the 2nd operator wires. Test the system by turning back on.

    If the error went away, it was connection issue. If notcontinue to Step 2

    Step 2:


    Turn the system to the off position and remove the wires connected to the 2nd operator terminal. With the wires disconnected turn the system back on.

    Is the beep code still present?

    The control board may be the issue, please contact technical support.

    • Turn the system to the off position.
    • Disconnect the operator arm connected to the 1st operator terminal and connect the 2nd operator arm to the 1st. operator terminal.
    • Leave the arm that was connected to the 1st. Terminal disconnected.
    • Turn the system to the on position.

    Are you now getting a 5 beep alarm code?

    The 2nd operator control arm likely defective.

    Go ahead and run the 2nd operator arm to ensure proper operation. This assuming that the gate is able to move without physically being restricted by the 1st .
