Save your money. This product is sporadic at best. Replaced the first one under warranty after a year because it would open and close the gate at all hours regardless of placement or the number of times it is recalibrated. Replacement unit was even less reliable. What Ghost controls will not tell you upon purchasing is rain will effect operation, geology will effect operation, any number of factors will effect reliable operation and require recalibration or repositioning of the wand every time.
