We love our Ghost Controls gate. It was priced right, easy to install, and has all the features we need. After about three years of faultless service the gate stopped working. Checked the deep cycle marine battery and charger first, then called Ghost Controls customer support. They figured out that the receiver board / antenna was the likely culprit and, despite our unit being out of warranty, shipped me a free replacement part. It was easy to swap out & now the gate works again. This, to me, is outstanding customer service. It is a pleasure supporting a solid American company like Ghost Controls.
