• The Number 3 dip switch (blue box of 4 switches on your system control board) is in the wrong position. It must be positioned to the left (toward S.FORCE). The only condition or reason to have the switch to the right is if your system includes Ghost Controls’ monitored external photo beams (AXPE).
For pull to open single gates:
• Use a working remote to set your limit.
• Activate the gate to close with the remote transmitter.
• When the gate reaches the desired closed position, press and release the remote transmitter button. This will stop the gate.
• You may need to use the JOG Buttons on the control board to fine-tune the position.
• Press and hold down the 1st SET button until it beeps, then release.
• Activate the gate to open with the remote transmitter. The gate will return to the fully open position and beep one time indicating it has learned its closed limit position.
For push to open single gates:
• Use a working remote to set your limit.
• Activate the gate to open with the remote transmitter.
• When the gate reaches the desired open position, press and release the remote transmitter button. This will stop the gate.
• You may need to use the JOG buttons to fine-tune the position.
• Press and hold down the 1st set button until it beeps, then release.
• Activate the gate to close with the remote transmitter. The gate will return to a fully closed position and beep one time indicating it has learned its open limit position.
• Turn the system off and remove the 1st. operator arm wires from the terminal. Check terminal and wire condition, replace wires according to color code, and turn the system back on. Test System.
• This a limit adjustment issue or bracket placement issue. Please review your installation manual for additional details on setting the extended arm position limit.
• Remember that on pull to open gates, the open gate position is determined by bracket placement with a fully retracted operator arm.
• For Push to open gates,the closed gate position is determined by bracket placement with a fully retracted operator arm.
If you have an exit vehicle sensor, it will need recalibrated
• Disconnect the white wire that goes to “open” at the “hard wired Inputs” terminal and the red wire that goes to ” + ” on the “lock ” terminal.
• Test.
• If the unit starts working with the remote transmitter, we will need to recalibrate the exit sensor. Allow the system to sit idle for approximately 10 minutes with the white and red wires still disconnected.
• In order to recalibrate the exit sensor, first make sure the system is turned off. Reconnect the red wire to the Lock + terminal. Leave the sensor undisturbed (not allowing any moving metallic objects around the sensor) for approximately 10 minutes.
• Reconnect the white wire from the exit sensor back to the “open” terminal (Note: Sensor must be buried a minimum of 12 inches below the surface).
• Turn the system on and retest to verify the sensor is working properly.
• If the problem continues, try to relocate the sensor if possible.
• If the problem persists, the exit sensor might have a defect.
• I am getting a beeping pattern that does not match one of the other patterns discussed here OR
• I am getting the same series of beeps that I hear when I turn the system off and then on again.
• This is usually due to low battery voltage.
• Check your battery voltage to verify it is above 12 volts.
• If the voltage is below 12 volts, it will cause significant issues with the system. These symptoms include causing the system to partially or fully reboot due to the low voltage.
• Make sure all your lock wires are secure. Turn the system off, remove the red, black, and blue wires from the control board. Inspect and replace the wires back into the terminals.

“Power Status” LED Green
on = transformr power present
Blinking = solar panel power present
off = no power present / not currently charging
“Battery Condition” LED Yellow
on = battery good
Blinking = low battery
off =Unit has been on longer than 1 minute (LED times out) or no battery detected.
“Status” LED Red
Blinks once =input change detected (exit sensor, wired push button activated, etc..)
Blinks continuously = blinks along with alarm codes to provide visual feedback. Also, it could mean a potential accessory issue. Disconnect accessories connected to the “Hardwired Inputs” terminal and test system.
