The Ghost Controls® TSS1XP Solar Heavy Duty Single Automatic Gate Opener Kit is one of our most popular systems. This remote gate opener is ready to function under a variety of different single-gate conditions. Every TSS1XP comes with a lifetime warranty for its motor and gearbox, so you don’t have to worry about wear over time. The included AXS1 remote transmitters allow you to control your gate from a distance of up to 1,000 feet.
Every TSS1 installation kit comes with a basic operator arm, one AXS1 3-Button Remote Transmitter, and one 6 Foot Battery Harness with ring terminals. A Re-settable AC Transformer, Tube Gate Brackets, and all required Mounting Hardware can also be found in the box. Along with the basic installation components, the TSS1XP kit adds a 10 Watt Solar Panel for sustainable battery charging. An ABBT2 Battery Box Kit or a 12-Volt Deep Cycle Marine Battery is required for use, but is not included with your kit.

Each Ghost Controls® gate opener is Party Mode compatible, putting you in control of disabling your gate’s auto-close feature. With the push of a button, your guests can enjoy easier entry without worrying about a closed driveway single swing gate. This feature can be activated through our AXP1 5-Button Premium Remote Transmitters and our AXWK Wireless Keypad.
All Ghost Controls® single and dual gate opener kits are solar compatible with our premium solar panels. The TSS1XP installation kit comes with a 10 Watt Solar Panel for immediate solar power usage. Whether you want to go off the grid or not, adding solar power to your swing gate operator system is ideal for being long distances from an AC power source.
Our system works around the clock with high efficiency to ensure that your gate’s batteries are charged. A maximum of 30 Watts of solar energy can be used for your system with additional 10 Watt panels or a single 30 Watt panel, sold separately.
